My question is : On day 3 (San Francisco, Stanford university), are we obliged to return with the tour group, after the free afternoon to go to Stanford University, or are we free to spend the rest of the afternoon and evening on our own, and make our own way back to the hotel in the evening ? Yes, you can end the tour at Stanford University and make your own transportation arrangements at the end of the tour.

Yes, you can end your tour in Las Vegas on the last day of the tour.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will end in Las Vegas so that we can notify your tour guide of this information.
On the last day of the tour, you can check out of the hotel and self dismiss from the tour. There will be no drop off location, as you will just not join the bus going back to SF. Hotel check out is at 11am.

Q: I´m planning to do this tour from Philadelphia on June 16th 2012 to June 22, If I arrive during the morning on June 16 and I want to take the tour to LA, Hollywood, etc. It is any place where I can drop off my luggage??????? It has any cost? also, do you know the cheapest way to get to LA from Philly??? or flight company? When I arrive ti the airport, how can I identify the guide tour??? If you arrive early and take a day tour, you will need to make arrangements for your luggage on your own.
Alternatively, you can have the tour guide pickup your luggage and then self-transfer to the first nights' hotel for the tour.
We suggest you book the LA tour one day after your 7-day bus tour.
You can then add a hotel extension at the following hotel, as it offers free shuttle service to and from LAX, as well as, is a pickup location for the Grand Tour of LA:

July 8th is available right now, please go booking online to hold the seats first, we will confirm back the tour within 2 working days after got your order successfully.
Usually, we will live in LV for the first night and go to west rim the next day, you can arrange it by yourself for the night or take the optional LV night tour, please check the meeting time for the next morning with the tour guide then.

Q: My daughter and I are looking at doing this tour departing 18/11/2012.. We would prefer to arrive in LA on 17/11/2012.. Looking at flights, there is one that suits us arriving in LA at 9.50pm from NY on 17/11/2012.. Are you able to pick us up from the airport and take us to the hotel on the 17th even though the tour starts on the 18th..? We do not recommend you book any flights until your tour is confirmed.As per the early pick up, as long as you book a pre tour hotel with us,we can offer you with pick up for a FLAT FEE OF $30 between 9:00 am - 10:00 pm.The free pick up is only for the first day of the tour.If you need help booking a hotel extension, please leave us a note on the comment section so we can quote you a hotel.
